What’s the best time to book?
Midweek is ideal for availability and a more relaxed experience. Weekends and summer dates fill up quickly.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our waterbus can host up to 100 guests. Smaller teams are equally welcome; we can also arrange multiple sailings if needed.
Can we bring refreshments on board?
Yes—light snacks and beverages are welcome. For safety, please avoid glass on deck. We can recommend local suppliers if you prefer.
Can we add custom branding?
Absolutely. You can decorate the boat with your logo, signage or small banners. Share your plan in advance so we can advise on placement.
Is there any AV or a microphone available?
We can provide a simple PA for welcomes and announcements. If you have specific AV needs or power requirements, let us know in advance.
Can you help with add-ons (jaunting cars, transfers, venues, catering)?
Yes. We can coordinate jaunting car tours, suggest trusted catering partners, and recommend venues and transfers—subject to availability.
Is the boat suitable in all weather?
Yes. The waterbus is covered and heated with panoramic windows and sails in most conditions. In severe weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule per policy.
How do we book and how far in advance should we reserve?
Please contact us early to secure your preferred date and time. A deposit may be required. We’re happy to issue invoices and VAT receipts for your accounts team.
